Jeremy Scott + MCDonald’s Inspired = Moschino Ready to Wear
The talented Jeremy Scott, formerly the designer for Adidas, has taken his talents to fashion house, Moschino as new fashion director. Since replacing Rossella Jardini in October of last year, the 39 yr. old LA based designer made his runway début this past February for their Fall 2014 ready to wear collection was a huge success with his McDonald’s inspired collection.
If you aren’t familiar with Jeremy, he’s collaborated with Adidas in 2008. His high tops and teddy bear shoes was a big deal, especially in the world of hip hop. I’m actually loving the collection. It’s funky, vintage with a dash of CoCo Chanel inspiration intertwined. I get it. Not sure this would be something everyday people could walk around sporting but it definitely works on the runway, on Katy Perry, Rita Ora and a few other celeb favorites!
